Dapat dikatakan Kara merupakan salah satu kelompok cewek paling populer di Korea. Popularitas mereka telah menyebar baik di Korea maupun di Jepang dan telah menetapkan rekor sebagai grup K-pop wanita pertama tang mendapatkan  Platinum di Jepang.

Pada 13 Januari lalu, KARA telah kembali ke Korea untuk mengadakan fanmeeting dan fanmeeting mereka sukses besar. Namun, para gadis ini tidak selalu populer dan sejarah fanmeetings mereka telah menjadi populer di kalangan Kamilia.

Berikut adalah sejarah kehadiran Kamilia di fanmeeting KARA:

1st Fanmeeting:
Place: Next to construction site
Number of fans: 20
Event: Sung, shook hands with all fans, ate ddukbokki and oden with fans

2nd Fanmeeting:
Place: Middle of the sidewalk
Number of fans: 21
Event: Sung, shook hands and signed for all fans, ate choco pie, ddukbokki and kimbap with fans

3rd Fanmeeting:
Place: Park
Number of fans: 30
Event: Shook hands and played games with fans, ate choco pie, ddukbokki and oden with fans

4th Fanmeeting:
Place: Park
Number of fans: 32
Event: Shook hands, bought chicken all together with the fans to eat, grandmother passes through during the fanmeeting

30th Fanmeeting
Place: Large cafe in Daegu
Number of fans: 222
Event: Shook hands and signed for all fans, ate cake and cup ramen

6 months later, at a fanmeeting after their first win on a music show:
Place: Largest auditorium at University of Kwangwan
Number of fans: 2,222
Event: Shook hands with everyone
